Frances R. Loop
Frances Rosemary Loop, of Clarktown went to be with our Lord on Friday, July 27, 2018. She was a nurse at Mercy Hospital for 15 years and Southern Ohio Medical Center for 21 years. She graduated from Shawnee State University and Rio Grande with her LPN and RN degree. She attended Christ Brethren Church. She was proceeded in death by her husband, Paul E. Loop; parents, Dorothy Evelyn Conn Watters and Charles Albert Watters, Sr.; her youngest son, Brian K. Loop; half-brother, Charles A. Watters, Jr., and Nora Horsley, like a mother to her. She is survived by her oldest son, Paul J. Loop of Clarktown; granddaughters, Andrea Loop, Hope Loop, Lynsey Loop (daughter of Brian Loop) all of Clarktown; grandson, Levi Loop of Clarktown; two step grandchildren, Samantha Boyd of McDermott, Sean Hess of Jackson; one step great grandson, Trevor Blanton; brother, Albert L. (Jeanne) Watters of Cincinnati; sister, Sandy Distel; three nephews, Mike Watters of Cincinnati, David Loop and Greg Loop of Portsmouth; six nieces, Michelle Trapp (Jimmy) Maines of Sardina, Bobbie Jo (Michael) Graff Bobst of South Webster, Debbie Daniels, Pam, Jodie and Donna; sister-in-law, Sue (Raymond) Stiles of South Webster; one brother-in-laws, Clyde (Kathy) Loop of Portsmouth, Traci Adkins and Brandy Loop of Portsmouth, and special people in her life were many. Sam and Miles (Mary) Horsley of Rubyville; Elaine Phipps like a sister and friend; Linda Horner, special person and friend; all the nurses and staff at SOMC and PCU Family. Special thanks to Dr. Saab, Dr. Scarpinato, and Dr. Amin at SOMC and Canter Center, wonderful group of people. Frances was saved and loved God! Her prayer for everyone is to go to church and get saved.
Funeral services will be conducted at Noon, Wednesday, August 1, 2018 at Erwin-Dodson-Allen Funeral Home in Minford with Pastor Everett Martin officiating.
